MPM stands for "Moun Pou Moun," pronounced [moon pooh moon] and means both "people for people" and "person by person" in Haitian Kreyòl. It was inspired by the poem "Rev" ("Dream") by Haitian poet JanJan Dezire. This eloquently captures our personal approach to poverty alleviation through self-advancement in Haiti. Working since 2005, MPM Haiti is embedded in the community as a trusted partner and resource for Haitians who want to improve their lives for independent success.

Our programs empower individuals to advance their lives through relevant skills and opportunities: Education, Microfinance Education and Loans for Women, Water Purification, and Health Education for Families.
