Since 2005, MPM Haiti has given 141 scholarships. Our students no longer live with the real fear that next year or next month they will be denied an education. They know that if they work hard, they will continue to advance. When asked their dreams, most students reply "Ale pi lwen demen" = "Go farther tomorrow." This investment in "demen" - tomorrow - starts today.
"Opòtinite"
Since beginning this program, over 60 microloans for women, including disabled women, have allowed them to successfully support themselves and their families. "Opotinite" - Opportunity - is a commodity in itself.
"Pi bon"
Since our Water and Heath Education program began, all of our families are cholera-free, drinking water they purify themselves, and teaching others how to do it. It tastes "pi bon" - "better" most people say. More than that, their health is in their own hands. That's empowerment at work.

"Kompetans"
The hunger for education extends beyond the young. Relevant skills such as computer literacy are a "kompetans" - skill - in high demand. Help us expand from our vocational education services to serve a community clamoring for kompetans through self-advacement.
